How does the 7-day free trial work?
You can try all of Ziggma’s features risk-free on a 7-day trial at no cost. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You subscription will remain active until the end of the last billing period.
What is your refund policy?
We guarantee a full refund in the event that you find your holdings data to be incorrect after linking your investment account. Please note that we rely on third party providers to obtain your holdings and transactions data. We are working closely with these data providers to continuously improve data accuracy.
Can I change my plan later?
You can switch plans at any time. Simply navigate to Subscriptions under Account Management to make the change.
What happens if I do not wish to pursue a Premium subscription after my free trial?
You will be automatically switched to the Free plan. If you previously linked an investment account, it will be converted into a virtual portfolio and no longer be updated. You will no longer have access to Ziggma Stock Scores and other premium features. Saved screen settings will be deleted.
Is linking my investment portfolio to Ziggma secure?
Linking your investment portfolio to Ziggma is highly secure. Digital security has made huge strides, with institutions adopting robust multi-factor authentication to fortify data protection. OAuth protocol, the gold standard, removes the sharing of login credentials from the process altogether. OAuth protocol is available for virtually all large brokers, including Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Robinhood, Webull or Vanguard. Regardless of the account syncronization process used, Ziggma never comes in touch with, processes or stores your login credentials.
Is my data safe?
We take data privacy very seriously. We understand that your holdings data comprises sensitive data. Therefore, we have put in place several layers of data protection, including encryption and de-personalization. Ziggma never comes in touch with your account credentials when you link an investment account to the platform. This process is handled by our service providers Plaid and Snaptrade. They are the market leaders in this domain. Connections via OAuth standard, as available for Robinhood, Charles Schwab and many other institutions, completely remove the sharing of log-in credentials.
Am I subject to value-added tax?
There is no value added tax for US based customers. If you are located in a different country, pricing may be subject to value added tax. Value-added tax is added to the subscription price. So you will see during checkout whether value added tax applies to you.
